1. Collection and storage of personal data and type and purpose of their use:

We store personal data surname, first name, company name, image data. This information can be provided voluntarily. However, the function of the website is only guaranteed if at least the following data is available:

- Surname
- First name
- Address
- E-mail address

a) Visiting the website
Every time a visitor accesses the goldenrecordproject.com website for informational purposes, i.e. without registering, we only collect data that your browser transmits to our server (so-called "server log files"). If you call up this page, we may collect the following data in order to guarantee the technical requirements of the display:

The Golden Record Project uses the services of processors and/or resellers. These are contractually bound and are subject to our instructions if they are processors. The following contract data processors:

Furthermore, data transfers to third parties only take place insofar as we are obliged to comply with laws, legal procedures or a legitimate request from authorities or third parties. Other data transfers to third parties do not take place.

The Golden Record Project also uses the services of the reseller:

- Digistore24 (www.digistore24.com)

DigiStore24.com is an online sales platform that offers an integrated online shop, important payment methods, accounting simplifications including tax automation and an affiliate network. DigiStore24.com becomes the contractual partner for the purchase of products.

We use the Digistore24 partner program for our website. This means that as soon as you interact with products and services from an affiliate program, this provider also collects data from you. The service provider is the German company Digistore24 GmbH, St.-Godehard-Straße 32, 31139 Hildesheim, Germany. Safety measures
We implement and maintain a series of technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data of the users of the communication platform in accordance with the legal requirements. These measures become more natural within the meaning of Art. 32 GDPR, taking into account the state of the art, the costs of their implementation and the type, scope, circumstances and purposes of the processing as well as the different probability of occurrence and severity of the risk for the rights and freedoms met people. These measures are intended to ensure a level of protection for the personal data of the communication platform users that is appropriate to the risk.

Our communication service is provided in a data center in Germany. The communication data of the users remain within the legal area of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. Data subject rights
